What is Graceland Psychiatry?
Graceland Psychiatry is a specialized mental health marketplace designed to make quality psychiatric and therapeutic care more accessible. We connect individuals with licensed providers who treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, and related conditions through a combination of therapy, medication management, and ongoing support—all in one secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.
What can I expect during my first appointment?
Your first session is all about understanding your story.
Your provider will review your background, symptoms, and goals, then collaborate with you to develop a personalized treatment plan.
It’s a safe, judgment-free space where you can speak openly and start building trust.
You’ll also discuss next steps—such as follow-up sessions, therapy options, or medication management (if appropriate).
Do you accept insurance?
We accept most major HSA Cards and Out of Pocket Payments. We’re working to expand our network to accept insurance to make care more accessible.
How quickly can I be seen?
Most patients get their first appointment within 24 hours of completing the assessment. We know that when you’re ready to get help, waiting weeks or months isn’t an option.
Our marketplace model means we can match you quickly with available providers who specialize in your specific condition.
Is online psychiatry as effective as in-person?
Absolutely. Research consistently shows that virtual psychiatry delivers the same quality outcomes as traditional in-person care for conditions like ADHD, Depression, and Anxiety.
You’ll receive the same comprehensive evaluation, personalized treatment plan, and ongoing support—just from the comfort and convenience of your own space.
What if I need medication?
If your provider determines that medication is appropriate for your treatment, they can prescribe it during your visit. Prescriptions are sent directly to your preferred pharmacy, and you can typically pick them up the same day. Your provider will discuss all options with you, including non-medication approaches, to create the treatment plan that’s right for you.
Can I switch providers if needed?
Yes, absolutely. Finding the right provider fit is essential to your recovery. If you feel like your current provider isn’t the right match, you can request a change at any time through your patient portal.
We’ll work quickly to connect you with another specialist who better meets your needs—no questions asked, no hassle.
How long are appointments?
Your first visit is typically 60 minutes, giving you and your provider plenty of time to discuss your symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals in depth.
Follow-up appointments are usually 30 minutes and focus on monitoring your progress and adjusting your treatment plan as needed. Need more time? Just let us know when scheduling.
What conditions do you treat?
Our licensed clinicians treat a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD. We also offer therapy and medication management for co-occurring conditions such as chronic stress or burnout.
Can I receive both therapy and medication management?
Yes. Graceland Psychiatry offers integrated care, allowing you to access therapy, medication management, or both. Your providers work together to ensure your treatment plan is coordinated, consistent, and focused on your overall well-being.
What if I have an emergency or crisis?
If you are in crisis, experiencing suicidal thoughts, or feel unsafe, please call 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline immediately. You can also text 988 to connect with a trained counselor 24/7. Graceland Psychiatry does not provide emergency services, but we can support your follow-up care once you’re safe.

Do you offer support outside of appointments?
